Following a restful sleep, breakfast is served in our character dining room. You will be offered a mouth-watering choice of delicious traditional English and contemporary breakfast dishes, all made using high quality ingredients sourced locally.

Good home cooking and finest ingredients make the perfect recipe for our renowned breakfasts that we are proud to say have been recognised by Visit Britain’s Breakfast Award scheme as amongst the best breakfast on offer, not only in Southport but the United Kingdom.

Your breakfast choices are made additionally special with fresh seasonal fruits, our renowned homemade seasonal fruits compote and creamy natural Greek yoghurt.

Whether it’s a full English Total Townhouse or a tempting stack of fruit and syrup-laden pancakes you choose to start the day, each dish is prepared fresh to guest order and is accompanied by a wide selection of fairly-traded teas, coffees and juices.

Breakfast is normally served at either 8.30 or 9.30am during the week and times may vary at weekends. If you require breakfast at any other time we will accommodate wherever possible.
